Instamart is subsidiary or extension of Swiggy and I have already given my review for Swiggy on Google. Yesterday's order today I got time 11 rotten Litchis with lot of stem and leafs which I have already dispossessed and now I am afraid of tasting the Mangoes. Swiggy keep continuing your D grade system with false review. Oh sorry here, as I have thrown the rotten Litchis with stem and leafs so I don't have the photos to update but you keep continuing to betray customers........... KARMA will take care.

Ordered from @SwiggyInstamart and they delivered me rotten meat! 🤢 I raised a complaint & shared photos, but they didn’t bother to resolve it. They know they’re guilty, yet no action taken. Worst company, worst customer service ever! 🚫

A best departmental store where you can get everything with a proper management of products a clean one which is the most important factor. Its my daily store for everything. Gives vibes of good grocery shopping😇. Aslo you get varieties of frozen foods. There are many and also juice. Its a place where you can find anything you want also cosmetics perfumes and many more. You just go and check it by yourself!!!

If you ask discount they start thinking you are beggar. Sometimes they might charge you more than MRP (always ask for bill and compare). Better Buy online from big basket with discount save yourself from public humiliation

Pathetic, I have ordered product of eight ₹ ₹820 payment was done online, but I have not received any product till now. I have complaint several times, but no response.

Damaged product cannot be return

Very bad experience, stuff behavioris are very bad, they don't know how to behave with the customer. Today I was going to this shop for purchase of my monthly grocery items, I have unable to find out Annapurna ghee and I asked them in which place they keep the said item and instead of help me they replied that all customers should find their items by own, they trying to arguing and misbehave with me. I want to request to owner that please don't appoint the that kind of stuff in further otherwise all customers are disappointed that kind of behavior by stuff
