Worst experience. The people who are the same agents told me they will do the process very easily is the ones that I have to do the finance by myself. It's so bad that I can't even express as I was the patient and I personally have to go to look after this as for the 1st time I got to know to get admit they need FIR copy, MLC copy and worst customer service. Never will I ever will do anything related with Iffco tokio.

Worst service ever received. Jharna Baishya, one of the employee of this office, doesn't respond to the calls and gives very bad behaviour. Worst service I would say.

I am having my worst experience with your surveyor Have a lot of different insurance claims before this but this the most horrible and longest claims i have ever got. There is absolutely no respect, response and support from the surveyor been calling him no one picks up, its been more then half a month still the process isnt over my vehicle os ready but the amount i am owed to isnt in my bank account yet and its been more then 10 days. This company should be sued for Customer harassment.

Would have given 0 or minus starts if was allowed. Even after 22 days of paying renewal premium they were unable to issue the policy. When contacted they would simply give blunt excuses and show attitude as they are doing a favour by insuring our vehicle. It is because of us (the customers) because of whom you get your business. But look at the attitude of the employees - shameless, rude, mannerless, abusive who shows their egos. Never ever use IFFCO TOKIO if you don't want harrasement.

No co-ordination in between the Head office and the branch office at all. Almost 7 month passed still they are not able to settle the claim, even though the vehicle was purchased in Cash basis not Finance. They took 1 month to verify the Original documents. Very Lazy employees. Is it a Govt. office or Pvt. office company......?? and the main part is after raising complaint in customer care they just give phn numbers which was not reachable. Worst Insurance company ever. I made mistake of buying policy from this company.

I was there for theft claim. Takes a little time but that might be because I was new to their procedures. But again they will pay you for sure. It was a nice experience, helpful people around.

The Worst services ever, Surveyors & office managers will ask you to call next day & will not receive calls. The Most worst services of all insurance companies. The employes are too worst.
