Situated at the heart of the city. Office equipped with parking and lift. Staff took 2-3hrs to type single policy due to very poor proficiency in online entry and also pathetic LAN condition in the office. Rest of the staff were having no much work so most of them I could find busy in Gossiping ..

Very lazy people in this office and very bad behaviour office is open and staff said today is holiday we are working our own work

I have been calling the contact number given here since two days, but not getting any response. I am very disturbed by this behaviour.
