First of all, finding out this building itself is a big task. It is like it's always there, but, you can't see it. The office situated at the third floor of the building and the entrance to the building is so nerrow, you may miss it while passing by it and there's no signage to help you. The landmark is the Canara Bank's signage. If you enter through the passage. Then only you will get to see the name United India Insurance, maybe written decades back on the wall, faded now. Good thing is there is a functional lift. The office is old, and haven't been re-painted in years. But, I must say the staffs are excellent in terms of their knowledge, professionalism and behaviour with the clients. I am very much satisfied with their service.

Service quick and staff is profesional I am doing insurance for my two-wheeler for last 7 years from same place ,If u hv just renewal it will hardly take 15-20 mins to complete the process. U may face a problem for 4 wheeler parking but for two wheelers u can park near by parking place under flyover. And one more thing which never changed for years I watched and is disappointing too is maintainance and cleanliness of the building,Better you embark the lift and directly go to 3rd floor or you should hv a hanky in ur hands to cover your nose as while climbing up stairs there will be colorful walls ,stairs and corners with pan spits and dust.

I found the staff to be cooperative. The premium I paid was less than I expected which was quoted by other insurance company. But the stairs to the office are very steep and needs cleaning.

One of oldest general insurance company of India. Now they are very much aggressive. All vertical in one roof.

Can't expect good services from PSUs ...

Better support the issues of Risk

People are not very much cooperative here.
