Not at all upto expectation when it comes to professionalism and work ethic and their poor work execution have delayed the project . The worst part is the lies, the senior designer Violet herself has confirmed the multiple lies of her Boss about payment of the tiles labour via msg and phone call,it’s unbelievable .Anything can be discussed and resolved but what discussion can i have based on a lie.A small bathroom measuring hardly 100sq/ft which is the only bathroom for tiling in my flat is still in a raw state and no tiles has been put for past 8months since Karishma claimed that her Mistry ran away after she gave him some payment which is her look out, but with all understanding and patience i waited for months hearing all excuses and finally she started to lie even to her own senior designer about paying the new tiles man to start my bathroom. This poor tiles man confirmed he got none so he won’t start the work without payment which is totally understandable. Her designer told her that i have spoken to tile Mistry and he confirmed that it’s not true about the payment.Ok fine maybe that was an oversight but again after 4days her senior designer requested her that the tile work in the bathroom is pending for months so make the payment then she confirms to her designer that she made payment to tiles Mistry this time for sure so she can go ahead with work , but when we confirmed the Mistry said he never got any payment again.How many times will she lie and give false claims.Works promised to be delivered on July 2025 has not been completed till date as she is claiming to have completed in her reply. Bathroom is in a raw state even now, 10 months was not enough to tile up a 100 sq feet area . Once the lies started then i lost complete respect and i knew i cannot be dealing with such people, i can deal with anything and any kind but not lying. No one is perfect , everyone makes mistakes but lying is not a mistake , it’s a choice . Even the raw material money that i had given to her for the tiles payment never got paid on time and was kept as due in the shop under my name and that too i got to know from the shop RLU only after 6months when one day they called me and asked me to pay and i was shocked WHY would any body do that. I demanded her senior designer Violet to let her pay the shop immediately because it was in my name and the shop was asking me to pay. I hired them so that i get some peace and more time to concentrate in my other works but working with them is like living your nightmare and too much stress and tension with all petty games.i truly REGRET ever hiring them. Reply from them to my review will be there with all cover up and lies but don’t get fooled . I was told about one particular client who had the worst experience and, stories about that client and his fallout with the company really shook me. It was narrated to me by Karishma’s own team staff and warned me to be cautious too,Thanks . If You want your peace and work done in time and value Transparency then this is not the company. There are so many better interior companies in Guwahati who uphold righteous believe and work with all sincerity.I never write reviews as such but it’s a matter of home building and that means hard earned money and heart so i take it as my duty and responsibility to share my experience.
