Very disappointing experience. Long waiting time with no proper communication from the staff. We were given wrong commitments and left unattended for almost 45 minutes. After waiting so long, the staff informed us it was their lunch time. The staff only seemed interested in new customers. Once they realized we were service customers, they completely neglected us. Even though we came with a 3-year-old child, we had to wait 40–45 minutes and still did not receive any service. Extremely poor customer handling and unresponsive staff. Very disappointed. I don't have any negative rating that why give 1star.

Very rude staff!! Looks like nobody want to work!! Don’t know how to talk to customers and explain what the customer wants to know… especially some guy who just passed on my query to some other colleague in a very non-challant and with a don’t care attitude!! Should definitely be fired!! Airtel can get much better staff than these incompetent individuals at their stores…

Problem solved quickly. Its clean and staff well behaved . Location is in the survey road easily accessible. Plenty of parking also available.

I call from Airtel customer care number but the call is not connected.. because I call for help. 5G works in my phone but sometimes the internet does not work. I call to tell this but I do not get any help. Very bad service Airtel network from Assam

Worst service,they kept me waiting for more than 45minutes and upon enquiring first they said me to go here and there.At last when I said how much more time,the lady responded quickly that server is down.It won't be possible now .This is what they are doing making public insulted and showing their aggression

They say To get prepaid SIM, i need open Airtel Bank account. To corporate SIM i need to take atleast 5 SIMs they say. Seems like extortion for new businesses. What nonsense, unlawful india
