The airtel store located in Geeta nagar road near Zoo Tinali is a airtel service provider for all solutions including mobile & internet. The staffs are courteous and compassionate and has adequate knowledge of all types of probable bottlenecks that could happen to customers & quick solutions. Overall the store provides adequate service to existing as well as new customers.

Worst network service and customer care ever, so many problems with the network, so many complaints. Yet no effective response or solution. Pathetic service in Noonmati area.

Went here for replace a damaged SIM . Process took only 5 Minutes. Work was complete hassle free. Staff are polite and helpful.👍👍👍👍

Very bad service . The staff behaviour is very rude . They act as if they just there to get their salary not to help any customer, really disappointing.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIARS WORK IN THIS OFFICE- I went to deactivate my airtel wifi early August, 2025. They took all my details and told me that my wifi will be deactivated since all my bills were cleared from before. My wifi is still NOT deactivated and I paid the bill for the next month as well since they NEVER DEACTIVATED my wifi and just lied to me that it will get deactivated. Such UNPROFESSIONAL people have been hired for the customer support work. Even after I requested them to get my wifi deactivated, why haven’t they still done it? I have no means of contacting the airtel support office to raise a complaint about them since I live abroad. Unprofessional people who LIE to customers even after taking all their details and assuring them the work will be done.

I applied for airtel wifi and dth on 16th oct 2025. Sales person Iftikar, came to do the processing, where I paid Rs. 2500. But even after 4 days they didn't give the installation till i.e., 20th oct. Nor Iftikar nor others picks up the calls. Worst service of Airtel. I will urge those who read this review, avoid this scam place.

Went for a sim swap. Process was quick however they wanted the Rs. 50 sim change fee to be paid online only!! No cash or card payment accepted!! Why? How are you assisting customers who do not use UPI etc? Had to ask a friend to make the payment on my behalf. Strange policy.

Today 15th Aug 2025, I went their for SIM swap.... Around 3 to 4 staffs were sitting and gossiping. They were quite reluctant to resolve my issue and simply replied that you come tomorrow as being independence day we won't be able to help you today..... I had to do office work also with this airtel no. And As I had no other option, I headed to airtel mini store, Magzine, VIP road. A single staff was sitting their, proactively he got my issue resolved and handed me a new SIM card. So, from next time onwards kindly don't harass people this way.
