One of the worst internet service providers ever. The connection is unreliable fibre cuts almost every other week and zero maintenance or customer support. To make things worse, one of their female employees, who apparently handles customer queries, got completely drunk over the weekend and kept calling us repeatedly even after we had clearly stated that we no longer wanted to continue their broadband service. She went on to send inappropriate messages and misbehaved with both me and my partner. Despite us calling back to warn her to stop, she continued her unacceptable behaviour. Truly unprofessional they don’t even deserve a single star.

Third class internet services in guwahati. Everyday no internet issues will be there. And moreover No responses found from the complaint number given by the company. Owner phone anytime shows switch off.

FRIENDS, DON'T BUY THEIR SERVICE. WORST BROADBAND INTERNET IN GUWAHATI. Every day, they cut off the internet connection and it remains off till noon. Now the issue is becoming worse and worse and the internet doesn't come throughout the day. If you call them, they just switch off their phones to avoid the situation. Like you will be fortunate to get a few hours of internet in the day. I did a big mistake in trusting their services and now my career is in ruins because of them. UNRELIABLE PEOPLE. NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHATSOEVER.

Absolutely abysmal service towards someone who has been a long time client. I got their connection in August 2021 and while it has been decent, 2024 is the year where their services have become absolutely horrendous. From downtimes that they fix only in the next day that too after repeated phone calls, to just laggy slow internet in patches, I have actually decided to cut ties with them and switch over to JioFiber. Enough of supporting local businesses like these when they cannot maintain consistency and paving the way for corporations to take over.

Guys, don't buy their service. Try to avoid their connection. I'm used it and trust me, the worst connection ever. They won't pick up your calls. They even blocked my number 😂. Most of the time the connection will be down. They' are going to tell you that it'll take 10min to fix it but they take 3hrs to actually fix it and sometimes they will take the whole day. Please go for other broadband services.

Update: Finally, I have terminated their connection and switched to airtel xstream fiber. Reason: Sudden fiber-cut without any notification, low uptime, relocation cost is very high. I am facing a major issue with this internet service provider. After 1:30AM, the Internet stops working till 9AM - 10AM in the morning. They are doing it repeatedly for more than a week. When I speak to them about this issue, they tell me that fiber line is broken near my area. Now, I am frustrated with their service. Don't know the reason behind it but I will terminate the services if they continue to do so. I am writing this review on 12th of September, 2022. Bad experience with this Internet service provider. 1 star only for the hard-work of the technicians.

TL;DR : Good for basic use, AVOID for GAMING..!!!!! I have been on CDP's network for almost 3 years now. Here are a few observations: Pros: The staff is kind and helpful. Service request are processed fast. The on-ground personnel are phenomenal. Relatively cheap as compared to other ISP's. If you don't care about GAMING, then go for it eyes closed. Low to none downtime. Cons: There has been major Packet Loss issues for over 1.5 years now. Even the staff has no idea what's going on. I play Valorant and the packet loss is constant at around 5% - 25%. The same can be said for CS2, Overwatch and Forza Horizon. I have been asking the staff to fix the packet loss issue for over 1 year now, but they don't have the slightest clue as to why its happening. So CDP, if you are reading this, PLEASE for the love of god, fix this packet loss issue.

Editing this review after use of 2 year. Very poor in network service. The staff whom they assigned is very irresponsible. They donot even care for your problem. After getting the money they don't respond to your phone calls and messages. Never loss your hard earned money in such unbelievable networks. They never attend any problem and hang up your calls. If anyone still using this or have any thought please rethink.
