Pathetic Service by Jio Fibre I’ve been facing nonstop issues with Jio Fibre for the past six months. The connection is so fragile that even a slight touch to the wire disconnects the internet. The main Jio box in our area gets defective at least twice every month, and every single time we have to wait 3–4 days for someone to come and fix it. The technicians are constantly rescheduled without any reason, and it’s almost impossible to reach a real person through customer care — it’s just bots repeating the same useless responses. This month, the same issue happened again. Someone from the box team came, looked at it, did absolutely nothing, and even left the main box door open. At this point, I genuinely don’t know what I’m paying for. Half of every month, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all. Easily one of the poorest and most unreliable services I’ve ever used.

Most irresponsible…most pathetic…I have ordered the Jio Airfiber connection on 2nd December,2025, made the payment to Dilder sikdar, a Jio representative, but still now no installation takes place. Received a fake message of installation on 12/12/2025 but no one turned up. Even if I asked for the refund they replied refund denied.I will submit case to consumer forum .

Extremely poor service with Jio Fiber. My Internet stopped working about 8 days ago. Normally with their advanced network monitoring system, they get to know which customer's connectivity is. not working and ticket is automatically generated. It happened for me also. The only way to schedule technician visit is via the My Jio app. I did so with the earliest available slot for attending the issue. However, they do not honor customer's selected slot on their own whims change the schedule. I tried reaching out to the customer care several times but found the agents very uncooperative. The change in the technician visit schedule keeps getting changed from their own side and there is only a message comes to the phone. Reaching out to the customer care is very very time consuming and they mostly go for automated robotic chat reply with standard options. .. Today is 8 th day with my issue and Jio have completely failed me with my need for a reliable internet connection for my work from home... I have now stopped the auto pay and surely looking for alternative options in Guwahati... SHAME TO YOU JIO and RELIANCE!!!!...YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT AT ALL RELIABLE !!!

This is the worst connection ever as if I m donating my hard earn money to Mr Ambani.On the every first day of connection the fibre it started blink red..I complained the service boy came but still I m facing same problem blinking red.what a stupid network connection.

The contact number is switched off. I got no response from jio customer care service since 24 hours. Its very sad to know that Reliance jio dont keep their promises. I wish jio service team comes to my residence and fix my jiofiber problem or else my jiofiber data pack is going waste this days as i cant use my wifi anymore because other jio customer guy came to my neighbours place and fixed their jiofiber internet but disconnected my jiofiber internet which is really a shame for jio service team. Kindly please send urgent help at my residence by now or i will try to fix it by myself and will make a video of that and will upload it in youtube and other social media. THANK YOU !!
