It marked 13 days without proper & no internet services. I have been a loyal service user of MNet for more than 10 years & finally I am getting services like this. I can understand there might be an issue with connection but it gets resolved within a day or two. But this time it's really pathetic. I called the customer care services but every time the reason was that there is a Fibre Cut due to the construction work. Even a lady answered with a rude tone & was explaining to me the issue when I cross questioned her about other services of Airtel Fibre & Jio Fibre who are operating properly in my neighborhood. She told me that she is not bothered with other service providers who are operating well & at least try to solve the issue within 24 hours. So, in a 30 days service period your link was down for 13 days. Anyways I have already recharged with the validity of 17th Dec 2025. Kindly send someone from your super genius FRT to process the discontinuation of your services.

Very frustrating as well as unprofessional service. I paid the recharged amount as instructed my one of your employee and after that I got to know that there is fiber cut problem in my connection and it is already 4days now and the issue not been resolved yet. This same incident has happened multiple times with me. I have whatsapp chats as proof to justify my dissatisfaction. Also your email id is a scam. Cannot even send a mail. Withdraw my connection and provide the refund. I will share all the necessary screenshot and chats if required.

Shittiest wifi service. Their wifi goes down thrice a week and they say that we need to call them 2-3 times whenever wifi is down and again they take 2-3 days to resolve it. Worst wifi providers

Worst internet service ever. Every month there are 2–3 times no service or link failure, but they never fail to demand payment on time. Totally unreliable and not worth the money.

The network experiences outages three to four times a month, and each time I contact the service provider, they respond that maintenance is underway. This means that whenever the network goes down, I am forced to wait three to four days for service to be restored.

Mnet’s broadband service is absolutely pathetic. What makes it worse is their customer service. Reporting an issue feels like shouting into a void. There’s minimal response, no urgency, and zero accountability. Every time you call, you’re given vague promises and no real resolution. It feels like they’re not even trying.
