I have been using NGC Broadband for a while now and I am very satisfied with their service. The internet speed is stable, the connection is reliable, and there is almost no downtime. Even if any small issue occurs, their support team responds quickly and solves the problem without delay. Overall, a very good experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fast and dependable broadband service in Assam and North East. 👍

Using NGC Broadband for home uses, like Cctv, laptop, mobiles since August 2022 at good speed of 60 mbps speed. @Rs.5000 per annum. Rates should be lowered to competitive rates.It's now 3rd year of using it, most of the time internet gets snagged 4-5 times per month and online complain has got all records. I don't suggest now NGC BROADBAND, try jio fibre... Instead.

I have been using the service of NGC Broadband from last 7 years in my office and home as well. I must say that quality of service and speed of the network is always up to the mark, never disappointed. Whenever there is some issue, their service desk is always at your service and fixed it really quick. I strongly recommend them whoever wants excellent internet connection.

I have regularly faced a lot of problems where the fibre optics is cut and there has been days without wifi service. The team of customers service is not helpful as they themselves have no idea of what is going on. I request the team to be efficient in the way of operation and it causes inconvenience on a regular basis to the customers who have paid for the services.

Been a customer to NGC for over 7 years. The service has been outstanding, as they use three backups for everything from internet lines and devices, like multiple power sources; there is literally no lag or unavailability of internet anytime. Also very fast and responsive customer service in case of any issues at the user’s end.
