Horrible Service. You pay Rs 2000 for installation charges, without any invoice. Router provided is 2.4 Ghz. For 150 Mbps connection you get a variable speed of 25 to 40 mbps. They do not picks up call for any kind of further communication. Insist others not to take. Please go for Jio Fibre or Airtel. Cost efficient and much more Service friendly.

No after sales service. The owner would disconnect phone on your face if he cannot provide solution. The few good ratings you see here are mostly by themselves, the below rating by one Bhupen Sharma with a 5-star rating is himself. So, do not be fooled by the 2.5 rating. It's not even that much worth.

i would not comment on after sales service rather i would like to comment on before sales service. its just worster than worst. if you wish to know more about their service before going for their service do email me i will explain in detail about their sales techniques. they create false demand. beware of them. my email id [email protected]

I am totally satisfied with the service.Plans are a bit costly as compared to jio,as jio is not providing connection to my house so had to opt for railwire. Getting exact speed as mentioned in the plan.

Worst service. Internet is not available most of the time. If u call them they will not pick the phone ip. Very bad behaviour. Worst service ever

I AM TAKING SERVICES AT BHARALUMUKH . LITERALY I AM GLAD TO GIVE 5 STAR . AS WHEN I CALL THEY SOLVE MY PROBLEMS OR THEY CLEARIFY ABOUT THE PROBLEMS. I WAS THINKING TO TAKE SERVICES AT LOKHRA AREA . NOW I HAVE TO THINK TWICE . IF THE SAME DEALER WHO IS PROVIDING SERVUCES AT BHARALUMUKH . I SHALL NOT HESITATE TO TAKE SERVICES . BUT FOR OTHER AREA I HAVE NO IDEA

Service is very fast .. i like it very much. Great bandwidth! Negligible down time..

Worst service ever. I called to get some info n they are so not interested in talking and playing in the background(saying becz i heard them).
