It is worst service provider in meghalaya shillong has no man power or once there network is down you have to run from pillar to post for days

Landline number doesn't work. No one answers in the toll free number on the Railwire website. This is a joke. I can't even apply for a new connection. You people will lose customers to JIO Fiber if you keep up this kind of service.

I specially brought this internet connection for multiplayer gaming. I was very sad to know that the internet is strict ( NAT type 3 ) . That’s means it will have poor connection and won’t be able to play multiplayer even tho you have applied for 10mbps .
