Edit- location is Beltola It used to be good.. I primarily bought it for gaming and specially for fifa. Used to get 35 ms but now since the last two months the latency has gone up to 50-60 ms. Called them numerous times but no resolution. Sad that they can’t resolve a minor issue! I even provided them with the servers ip address but still they didn’t do anything. My location is Beltola

Pathetic service. I have been facing latency and packet drop issue for the past 3 weeks. However, they are not capable of restoring a connection problem in 3 weeks and counting.... This impacted my work. When you connection is stable you'll get a good speed. But, if you are facing issues, it takes days for the technicians to fix that. There no customer service or issue tracking mechanism available. Your call to the technicians may not be answered if you are in trouble. Please review available services in your area if you are consider buying a new internet connection. Though I am facing challenges, I am still using this connection as a support to a local company.

In my 3 months ownership I have faced almost no issues or major downtime. The pings are decent and the network connectivity is stable. The only major downside is the expensive plans. I'm paying 1700INR for 8Mbps.

Very unstable network, though they tried helping me out, bt the issue actually got worst,. Now i jardly can browse anything for 20-30 mins with a stable net. Everything becomes slow, goes for loading. Whenever I open facebook, it says u are on poor connection itself. I browse for 20 mins and it says no internet. People or the staff is good to be honest, bt the internet is what not I would recommend anyone to. Continuous 5days Link Down is actually a matter of concern where I pay 1200Rs a month. Am searching for its alternate ,coz if I have to use my mobile network even after I pay extra 1200for a broadband service. Its not worth the money anymore.

This is what I had to write to this company(see below for the copy of the email sent.). I have not received even an acknowledgement. My complaints in the website too went unattended. Speaking to the ph. given had a cold reception. The person promised to get back and never did that. Completely unreliable, at least in Mirza. copy of email: Ref. sl.No 2193 dt 09/10/21 Dear sir/ madam This is to draw your attention to the fact that as per the above receipt I had purchased a lease line in fiber from your company. I was assured of steady connection but now the video-audio does not sync and it keeps hanging.It has caused considerable loss because I am a busy researcher and activist. My complaints to your local franchise have not helped. Please tell me whether the connection can be improved or I need to surrender it and get a new connection from another provider. In that case of course I will ask for a refund and might have to think of complaining to a consumer court, demanding compensation for the harassment caused by deficient service. Apurba K Baruah

It's been two week since I started complaining about the network issue. There is no response from the company side. I got the connection about 3weeks ago. When I complained I get the response " Problem paise jodi recharge nokoribo". Bro, you charged me 5000rs for the installation. Fix the issue asap

The internet speed is good but the service providers give no importance to the customers. It is very sad to say that I had wasted my money as well as time for the service providers with this connection. My personal experience is very bad regarding this.

I have connect a WiFi of 100mbps But I always check the internet speed give only 50 to 54 Mbps N I am having problem in router I told him to change a router it's has been a month i didt get the router I have connect 1 wifi of 50mbps N 100mbps both are giving same speed no difference then y I will pay for 100mbps ..n service agent when I call him for any problem he told that u have to pay to make ur thing good n i suggest please improve the service
