I was once their customer. My experience was too good with them. They provided me connection to a place where every broadband service provider were refusing. Their speed is good for moderate usage but for gaming its not that great😌. The fluctuation of speed is noticeable and is very affective while playing online games

Pathetic Customer Service to say the least. Taking customers for granted. I registered a complaint today at 4pm. And there was no information from Siques Net till I had to follow up again and again. And now I have been informed that they can’t restore the connection till morning. So who will compensate me for the inconvenience I will be facing for my professional and personal end? Their excuse is that the their team was in Maligaon resolving another issue. So is it my fault? That they lack manpower to resolve every customer’s issue. Or am I not their prioritised customer? Not only this, in the past their service have deteriorated, the package they offer is pathetic compared to market rate. And the connection seems to lag time to time. Someday they will blame on the router being old, sometimes there is no staff available. My advice is it is high time we should not tolerate this unprofessional and complacent attitude of these companies and shift our connection to more competent one’s who offers better packages and service.

Charges 3k for installation. Don’t know it it’s like that everywhere. Internet issues everyday, when asked will give the same reply- “fiber cut”. Requires you to send a mail to discontinue their service but doesn’t have the decency to reply back. 👍

I have used Siqesnet for almost a year now and am very impressed by them. I had contacted a different service provider first but they failed to show up on the promised day. In my second search I saw Siqesnet, their prices seemed fair and reviews were good. They have so far not disappointed. They showed up on the promised date and the install was hassle free. So far I have not had any disruption of service and the speed has been consistently within the promised bandwidth. They stand apart on their Customer Service. They had to talk to my parents a few times and everyone had been courteous an polite. A special shout out to Ruma Gogoi of their care team. She had been consistently following up with me every month and sending reminders without fail. I would highly recommend this service provider.

Nearly one year completed with Siqesnet. Time to make a short review. One_ Are the plans expensive? Yes. Two_Are they worth it? Absolutely. Any problems be it related to speed or connectivity will be resolved mostly within 5 to 6 hrs and within a maximum of 24 hrs and that too only in the worst of situations( Rain, bad traffic etc). Best for people who do not want to face any hassles. I intend to stick with their services as I am very impressed with their prompt customer service. Speed of the internet connection is also very satisfactory.

I have been using this ISP for the last 8 months, the initial 6 were good, the service was prompt and their 3 and 6 months packages were fairly reasonable. Now they have done away with all the plans and their response to issues are infuriatingly slow. Paying ₹ 1350 a month when the connectivity is absent for around 10-15 days is a joke on this day. Please get your act together, Siqesnet
