Internet speed is decent. But service is poor. The team takes days to respond to a shifting request... Ultimately I cancelled my connection.

They are not interested in giving new connection, I shiver to imagine what will happen once some one takes a connection, I guess one can kiss post installation service goodbye. They kept me waiting for more than 15 days and even after repeated calls they didn't have the Courtney to call up even once and explain the reason for delay.,they just kept saying that the connection will be provided in 2 to 3 days Pathetic! Learn some professionalism before you start a business.

They act totally immature with the people asking for connections. Don't know how to interact with the customers. Acts like they don't want to give you the service. No replies for days and days even after receiving the messages or getting calls. Very unprofessional in dealing with new customers. Guess they are happy with their old customers.

We have installed their internet at Guwahati Medical College, Narkasur Hilltop. Their internet speed is pathetic and disconnects very frequently. It is same even after repeated complaints. Not good at all and worthless service. Do not go for them.
