I was supposed to receive a parcel from Dibrugarh. They called me and said that my address was incomplete. When I told them that I always provide the same address for all my orders, then they said that they deliver to my area only once a week, so they would be able to deliver my parcel after 5–6 days. I needed the parcel urgently. They should have informed me about this at the Dibrugarh office itself; then I could have made alternative arrangements. It is not acceptable to behave like this after taking the payment. Think twice, if anyone is planning to send an emergency parcel through them. At last, I had to send one of my friends to their counter to collect my parcel.. They are unprofessional.
