Beltola Sub Post Office

Don't even wanna rate 1 star..Extremely rude and unhelpful service. I simply asked if my parcel could be delivered later or reattempted tomorrow because I was at workplace and the guy said “no” to everything and cut the call. If he can’t handle basic customer service, he shouldn’t be in this job. People like him shouldn’t be handling paid parcels at all. This is something I paid for, and instead of doing his job, he’s acting like delivering a parcel is a favour.

So unprofessional!!!!! By 12 pm they were not taking packages anymore and i had to move to dtdc. Also the place is so compact and no sanitisation! All Guwahati post offices are just another dump place or what? Have we lost respect for this post offices? I think they should do something about it. Anyway, i am asking the authorities to make it a safe place for all.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever seen They claim to close at 4 PM but shut everything by 2 PM and refuse to work The staff are extremely rude, lazy, and talk badly to customers like they’re doing us a favour. They don’t want to accept any parcels and just sit around gossiping. This branch is a complete disgrace. Authorities seriously need to take action against this useless office

They won't deliver my parcel and will cut the call when I try to give them my location. Plus, EXTREMELY rude.

Always worst delivery experience here. The delivery agent is very irresponsible they didn't call you a single time after getting your package and it is bagged by the next and you will not get it by anyhow. Hopeless agent

Refusing to deliver at my location. Despite me willing to send my location to the delivery guy. If you can’t maintain it please close it

Didn't expect this at all. My parcel has been marked delivered but I have not received anything yet. They have not even contacted me once and I cannot find any number to contact them.Don't they have my number written on the parcel already? They have been circling it back and forth, so frustrating. I checked the website and found a number but they just cut the call without even listening to me. Where should i complain about this? This is so not done. Where is my parcel?!
