It is my first and last time using DTDC. There has been no attempt to deliver it for more than 5 days (within Assam) and the receiver did not get it. No reason is being provided. I have asked for the parcel to be returned back. Will update when I receive the parcel back. Completely unprofessional and waste of time.

They hv taken money for international courier , and they send it bk to me, while calling in helpline number no one responded. I lost 2500
