Jibanalaya Children Home For Boys

During my recent visit to Jibanalaya Children Home for Boys in Narengi, Guwahati, I was genuinely touched by the environment and work being done here. This non-governmental organisation is dedicated to providing shelter, care, education, and holistic support to underprivileged and homeless boys in the community. The home operates with clear values of compassion, dignity, and empowerment for every child in its care. Jibanalaya provides a safe, structured, and caring environment for boys who come from vulnerable backgrounds. During my time there, I observed that the children are encouraged to follow a disciplined routine that includes schooling, recreational activities, and personal development. The atmosphere of the home felt warm and supportive rather than institutional, which plays an important role in the emotional well-being of the children.

Visited the Children Home for practical work but walked out with so much more. I had such a lovely time with the kids, they’re incredibly well-mannered and so full of warmth. Jibanalaya is doing an amazing job, not just with their education but also by giving them exposure to dance, sports, yoga, and so many other activities. These boys are going to achieve great things in life with such guidance and support. I’d genuinely love to visit them more often and wish them the best ❤️

I visited Jibanalaya today on the occasion of my birthday and had lunch with the kids. I must say the welcoming feeling that I got there was something special and I loved talking with them! These kids are so strong and the way they keep laughing and smiling it is understood that they are taken care of. Hats off to the founder! Really appreciated

It was a heart-warming experience meeting the precious children of Jibanalaya. They are very interactive, confident, and extremely talented. Truly a beautiful organisation working selflessly for children.

the kids are so polite and well mannered. they're very respectful and skilled. there are varieties of children who are very skilled chess players, cricket players, football players and dancers. Even the management faculty of organisation are very gentle and polite and they've provided the kids with adequate facilities. i loved my experience there and wish to visit again. God bless these kids and the people who are helping them.💕

Jibanalaya Children Home provides a loving and secure environment for the boys, they ensure proper care, education, and support to the children, they were friendly and it was a soft environment.
