a total scam. one of the employees gave us his friend's contact for tv connection. he scammed us in the name of a new airtel tv connection. gave no reciept,no dish,no remote ,no adapter and charged rs 3000 from us. We then had to buy everything.

They employ such fraudsters as service providers. I called them to provide me for servicing my ac as my ac was not cooling the room. They said that my ac was leaking gas and refilled the gas and said that i have to buy a new ac because the ac pipeline from where the gas was leaking cannot be repaired and also cleaned the ac very superficially and charged me 2100 for one single ac. I then called the lg office and asked for the same for another ac and they charged me just 300 rupees for cleaning which they did it very nicely and also said that the ac can be repaired and no need to buy a new ac. Is it possible to buy a new ac every year for some minor defects??
