I am taking treatment in Apollo Fertility since 5 months under Dr. Ratul Dutta. I have no issue with the Doctor,he is very humble and down to earth person and I'm very satisfied with his treatment but the management of this clinic is very disgusting, you have to wait atleast 3 hours for your treatment to be done and I don't know how people are giving 5 stars to this clinic.So if somebody wants to visit Dr.Ratul Dutta please go to Down Town Hospital or be prepared to wait here for atleast 3 hours because if you are taking medicines from the pharmacy here you have to wait for 30 minutes for your bill payment and sometimes there is no time limit of your waiting period.Today I had the most worst experience, I am undergoing IVF treatment here and today I had to wait the whole day for my injections.They are only taking money in the name of service. In the treatment of IVF patient should get a positive environment in the clinic but here you will be getting only negative vibes, how can a patient be positive after waiting the whole day in the clinic.So think twice before before visiting this place.

Receptionist is not good . Dr. Was good but receptionist thought that they are doctor. Please tell them try to teach some manner and forcefully try to send 5 star rating by the lady sequrity guard.
