I have bought many things, neck piece, bangle finger ring and earring from this shop. The sales officials are extremely helpful and nice. whom to mention all are equally good. I have booked one hoop also from them.

I absolutely love this CaratLane store! They made my birthday extra special by surprising me with a cake, which truly meant a lot to me. The staff here is very friendly and welcoming. Terrible experience. Had selected an ear ring and while billing the product the price was jacked up by 1k. Very suprising that its a Tata company that is falling short on business ethics and integrity and does not honor the price committment. Have lost faith in yet another Tata product.

The service of the staff is Excellent particularly Ritwik Ahmed is very welcoming and showcased the articles very professionally catering to my needs. The collection is also very pretty in sixmile store. Overall it was a great experience.
