This was a deeply frustrating and unacceptable experience. The professionalism shown before the purchase completely disappeared once the paperwork was signed. Post-sale interactions felt dismissive and left me feeling ignored and helpless as a customer. Our sales executive, Ajay K., showed little concern after the sale was completed. The lack of empathy, accountability, and basic after-sales support made the experience emotionally exhausting. Based on my experience, I would strongly urge future customers to be cautious and to clearly understand the after-sales process before making any purchase at this outlet. This level of service is far below what one expects from a reputed brand like Kalyan Jewellers.

It was my first purchase at KJ,Guwahati and exe Gaurav was very kind & Helpful. Vast options to choose from. wonderful collections. I was to purchase only 2nd studs but ended up buying The Platinum ring as well. Treated myself right on Intl women’s day. Overall good experience!!

Completely unprofessional and disrespectful experience. There were repeated power cuts throughout the visit, which already affected the atmosphere. The staff assisting us appeared bored and uninterested while showing jewellery. Their behaviour was overly casual and inappropriate, including addressing my sister in an informal manner and laughing among themselves. After we asked multiple questions, the staff was seen joking with another employee, which felt like mockery. When we left without making a purchase, the staff member smiled in a way that clearly felt sarcastic and disrespectful, as if making fun of the situation. Customers have every right to ask questions and leave without buying anything. Such attitude, body language, and lack of professionalism are unacceptable in a jewellery showroom. This reflects very poor staff training and customer handling.

This is an honest review with live experience today. I have faced a loss of around 40 k due to the mistake of one of their executives Mr. Ajay K. Don't get flattered by his smile and sweet words. Once their product or scheme is sold, they will treat you like anything. You will have to run around them like in a government office. Mis selling and misleading their customers are their characteristics. This store in Lachit Nagar has zero transparency and very bad communication. Think thousand times before giving your hard earned money here. I should actually sue him for this mistake, but unfortunately I don't have much time to do all that. I will never ever visit them again and suggest you guys also to stay away from them. OH GOD!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I had a terrible experience with the sales executive, Mr. Ajay. They pushed me to buy a gold scheme and then became unresponsive. There's been no proper communication, and they've kept changing their words, causing me losses. I'd advise against investing in any scheme, especially with Mr. Ajay.

Went to buy jewellery for my wedding. Very polite and good staff behavior. Sales executive Deepa Biswas helped us throughout the purchase. Overall had a good experience. Looking forward to visit again in the future.

Good environment and the behaviour of Salesperson Mr. Dipak Ghosh was too good and very cooperative. Overall it was a great experience
