MOST PATHETIC EXPERIENCE EVER IN ANY JEWELLERY SHOP ALL OVER INDIA!!!! I will never recommend anyone to buy jewellery from here if you are thinking of gold as an investment for future gains! It’s saddening to see that such a reknown and reputed jewellery store is so pathetic and unprofessional in their service towards their customers. I had purchased one 18 carat diamond bracelet costing 87000 four years back in 2021! Not even once could I wear it because the lock was loose after I tried wearing it . Despite giving it for repair at least 3 times, they couldn’t fix it. After 4 years of their failed services, I finally decided to return it in 2025 considering the current high value of gold . When I went to return the bracelet, to my shock ,they stated that what I purchased for 87000 ,they would return me only 68000 after deducting the making charges. I do understand that jewellery shops deduct making charges but they refused to give me the value of the gold as per the current value saying the product is from company side and hence their policies which sounded stupid and conspiring at the same time. Despite repeated requests, they denied to show any transparency towards the actual current value of the bracelet!! The entire staff was arrogant and denied any kind of help!!! It’s a shame that such jewellery stores while selling the product promises the customers of long term benefits from their shop but in reality are filthy and money minded considering only short term monetary gains!! I want them to know that the REAL LOSS IS YOURS because there are hundreds of other competitive brands to replace you and if you are so money minded thinking of such short term gains , you can never prosper in your business and gain the trust of your valued customers!! Shame on you guys really!!MOST PATHETIC JEWELLERY STORE EVER!!

Had a Pathetic experience today at L gopal . The particular staff’s(red circle )behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I inquired about the price, the salesperson did not respond and refuse to show us jewellery and made me feel as if I was wasting their time. Instead of assisting politely, he simply ignored us. For a reputed jewellery store, I expected basic courtesy and customer service, but I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. Such attitude towards customers is unacceptable, especially in a place where trust and service matter the most. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to treat customers with respect and kindness. And fyi i purchased 5.5 lakhs worth jewellery today itself beside ur store mpj jewellers because i found the staff polite and responsive enough.

The staff was warm and attentive, ensuring a smooth shopping process. A special mention goes to mithu , whose polite attitude and thoughtful guidance made our visit even more satisfying.

We bought few diamond jewellery from Jintu baruah and we really loved his hospitality and his presentation skills. I highly recommend him and the shop for frequent shopping of diamond items.
