Extremely Disappointing Experience at Ratnanjali Jewellers I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the overall experience at Ratnanjali Jewellers. The behavior of the staff was highly unprofessional and disappointing. While profit and loss may be their concern as business owners, as a customer my only concern is the level of service, product quality, and customer satisfaction — and unfortunately, they failed completely in this regard. I have purchased several gold and silver items from this shop in the past. The staff frequently called me, requesting that I visit their store and make further purchases. Trusting their repeated assurances, I visited again and made additional purchases. However, my experience has been extremely disappointing. My primary complaint concerns a gold chain I purchased, which broke into multiple pieces and repeatedly turned black even after being polished several times. When I reported the issue, they called and assured me over the phone that if I visited their shop, they would properly resolve the matter. Acting in good faith, I went to the store as requested. Unfortunately, they did not make any sincere or genuine effort to address the issue. Moreover, they failed to reimburse the full payment despite the defective product. No customer wastes valuable time visiting a jewellery shop without genuine expectations of quality and accountability. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff showed little concern for customer satisfaction. There are many other jewellery shops that provide far superior quality and much better customer service. In comparison, Ratnanjali Jewellers does not even come close to being among the better options. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop to anyone seeking quality jewellery and respectful customer service.

Bought these two rings from Rattnanjalee (near ABC) on 2024 and this is the condition of the two rings after 7 months of wearing them .... Both of these broke and I don't know what to say.. Bought these rings for our marriage ceremony and it just literally broke our heart... Will never purchase anything from them from now on.. beware of these shops as they promote too much on Instagram and YouTube and people also get fooled by them just like us..

The service experience was straightforward and hassle free. The team demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail at every stage. Communication was clear, and the final outcome matched expectations. A reliable option for quality service.

They provide very bad service and staffs behaviour is very worst. I bought a chain which was broken in many parts, whenever went the store to repair it they told me that repairing service is not available and they couldn't repair the product then I told them called them their manager but they told no one available to provide the service. Instead given any solution they just asked me to exchange the product with extra value and behaved very rude. I only wore my chain for one day so how can it should be broken, they are selling very bad products without proper finishing and making.

It’s has good collection of jewellery.However I had purchased diamonds jewellery from here . There behaviour towards customer was very good . They give attention to their customer and did not hesitate to show more collection to customers. I had brought three diamonds ring and three earrings from there and now again going to visit their store to buy gold ring from there.

The behaviour of the staffs are excellent. Exquisite collections of necklaces and earrings. They are patient in understanding the requirement and very polite. They helped me choosing a necklace; very reasonable making charges compared to other jewellery brands in GS road. Also offered beverages and sweets one of the best customer services I would say in GS road

I had a very beautiful experience here specially from the manager Randeep Ghosh ( Moon dada), he managed to arrange my size bangle and was very down to earth throughout.

I have been part of Ratnanjali Jewellers’ 11-month savings scheme and have been paying my installments regularly every month. However, they never send the payment receipts on time — even after calling and reminding them several times. It’s very frustrating to have to follow up every month just to get a simple receipt for the amount I’ve paid. Their communication and customer service are very disappointing. When customers are trusting them with regular payments, they should at least ensure timely confirmation and proper documentation. Definitely not a good experience so far.
