I had a wonderful experience at Senco Gold & Diamonds. The showroom is elegant, well-organized, and offers an impressive collection of gold and diamond jewellery—perfect for weddings, festivals, or everyday wear. The staff were extremely polite, patient, and knowledgeable. Especially Mr. Arup Kumar Dey helped throughout during the whole time making our purchasing experience so enjoyable. He took the time to understand my requirements and explained everything clearly, from purity and certification to pricing. I never felt rushed, which made the entire buying experience very comfortable. What I loved most was the transparency and trust Senco Gold maintains. The quality of jewellery is excellent, designs are classy yet modern, and the craftsmanship truly stands out. Have visited this store twice now. Mr Chandan Thakuria assisted us both the times. I must say that he is very professional and very polite. He surely assisted us with all our requirements. Showed us variety of collections. I will definitely recommended senco and Chandan thakuria to my friends and family.. Great experience.. going to be a regular customer. You will see lots of partiality if you visit this. Everyone here is offered with tea or coffee and snacks. We have exchanged gold and taken something else so they have not offered anything. Also, we are Bengalis so they have not offered anything to us. I have the pictures too to prove it. Ridiculous, totally offended after seeing it. There should not be any difference in caste or creed or religion. I will not recommend anyone to visit this store again.

The jewellery collection was decent, but the staff behaviour was disappointing. While showing items, they were busy talking and laughing among themselves, which did not feel professional. Better customer attention and professionalism are expected from such a store.

Visited as a customer for the first time at Senco,guwahati alongwith my family and I must tell the way Bikash Jha along with Soumen dealt with us was impressive. They were very much helpful in making is selecting ornaments rhe way we wanted. Looking forward to visit again.Hospitality was incredible as well.
