Very disturbing experience. I went only to redesign my existing ring (1.72 g), but after adding extra gold including a pendant and paying multiple charges, the final ring weighed only 1.6 g. Proper weighing was not done transparently in front of me, and explanations kept changing. I was assured of hallmark certification, but the hallmark number does not appear on the BIS Care app. What I received was just a random number with no way to verify it. Genuine hallmarking is traceable — this was not. When it comes to gold, lack of transparency is unacceptable. Please be extremely cautious and verify weights and hallmark details independently before trusting this shop..
