SALINAS BORO KITCHEN

This much for 260 rupees. This is not even online delivery that I paid extra, I picked it up from restaurant after waiting for 25 mins. Pathetic.

A newly discovered place on the service road near Lalmati along NH37 that has come into prominence recently with their sign boards. The restaurant is on the first floor and is spacious, clean and air conditioned. It has a wide selection of Bodo delicacies which can be paired with a standard veg thali (Rs. 80). The food was average but I'm hoping to try more of the ethnic food items next time. The serving time is a little long and while that is reassuring to me to think they are making fresh food, if you are in a hurry then take only the thali.

The food here is very tasty. The staff are well behaved.

Food items are little bit on higher side. Veg thali is okay but the prices of meat items are bit higher.

The hotel management needs proper training. Not interested at all to serve to customers. Sits on the counter and plays loud reels all the time. Would never suggest anyone to have a meal here. Very unwelcoming. Ordered pork with bamboo shoot. Got pork curry. Asked for extra veggies. Got none. Terrible place. Owner’s name is mentioned as Maloti Baro. All I could see were unmotivated non boro workers with bad behaviour
