I recently used KCM Packers and Movers for shifting my household items from Imphal, Manipur to Bolpur, West Bengal—a distance of around 1600 kilometers—and I must say, the entire experience was outstanding! The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. All my items were packed with care and reached the destination within just 72 hours—without a single scratch or any damage. Their coordination, communication, and handling of goods were truly impressive. Moving such a long distance can be nerve-wracking, but KCM made the entire process smooth and stress-free. One of the worst packers and movers there is. Full amount was asked to pay upfront or they will not shift your item. Once that is complete they will disappear. No response from the owner. We called the dedicated customer service who was assured to us that she will be the one who will provide us updates and details on tracking the item. No response from her. And the only response was that its not her responsibility. She did however shared the driver's number but he is also unresponsive, at this point I would call it a fraud company. We press the matter to the owner he responded by saying he is travelling and will call us , but no calls. Its been almost a month that we are tracking our item no response no accountability. I'm taking the time to write this as I don't want people suffering the same way. There are other better packers and movers. This is one of the worst.

Worst experience the owner is a total fraud I was told that my vehicle was on the way for almost two months and at the end the vehicle was not even shipped at all , I had to call him continuously everytime and he would pick up only once or twice and that too he would literally talk like he doesn't care , he gave me the driver's number and that too the driver didn't pick up the call even once instead he blocked my number , don't even think about moving your stuff from this company I don't even know if it's a company, more like a fraud

Very very pathetic service ....handed over the luggage in very bad state almost pura bhega ke ....no responsibility taken .....had opted for this service in Guwahati for sending my stuff to gurgaon even paid extra for packing ..but return mein this is what I got in quality
