Jb's the OG vegetarian resturaunt here in guwahati. Have been as well as ordered from this establishment countless times. Their various sweets are mouth-watering and my favourite is their soan papdi. Before 3 pm we can try their chats, my go to ones being papdi chat and aloo Tikkiya chat. The pani puri is equally good, especially their sweet chutney. After 3 pm I love their Chinese platter with fried rice and Manchurian. Service is very good and staff is extremely courteous.

Good place for vegetarian breakfast and quick lunch in GS Road, Guwahati. Fantastic service, awesome food, hyegenic ambience and with lots of delicious sweets. Don't miss the chocolate pastry.

I've tried dahi vada and papdi chaat. But the papdi chaat was not to good as compared to the JB's near fancy bazar.

Food is always good but their service is third class. Only good thing about this jbs outlet was that they have parking. Food in jbs overall is same, its good but their waiters have attitude. They have so much attitude that they donot even give the menu nor they take the order until we draw their attention. Owner or some other manager is always at the desk but they still donot teach any manners to the waiters also the waiters have almost no skill in talking, they are very rude and have an attitude as to like they are doing us a favourite by giving our Food or taking our order. Overall verdict: The Food is good seating is good the only problem is their staff. Also I have noticed that their staff is same for over the years, maybe this leaded to their attitude issue. Also I visit Jb's If I have no other option, but even then when I try to give them a chance to redeem themselves they stoop even lower.

A professional and well managed business. The staff was polite, attentive, and clear in their communication. The service was delivered smoothly and within the expected timeframe. I would recommend this business without hesitation. Everything was managed well, and the experience was free from unnecessary complications.

The worst staff I have come across in a restaurant, ever! They have no idea how to talk to customers. Rude to the next level. The owner does not seem to care at all. He is sitting there and smiling while we complain. None of the items on the menu are available even at peak hours and the ones which are available are not edible either. If there was a negative rating option available, I would be more than glad to give that. Would not recommend it at all!

Total Bill: approx 950 Food: 🍲 •Started: - Samosa was good, felt like they tried to keep less oil contribution yet masaladar and tasty also by using less oil and added few cashew and raisins.🌟 - Coffee was okay but i will not have it next time because of texture of it😶 • Main course: - Chole Bhature was too good, ended up buying one more packing. The taste was good along with bahutre (x2) were soft and stretchy which was enough for 1people. The chola had the perfect blend of masala.♥️ - Fried Rice with manchurian was disappointing. The manchuruan gravy tasted of cornflour only.🥲 Somehow managed the rice with black pepper and masala coke.😐 • Dessert: - Kaju Sandwich, all time fav from them.(packed 3more).❤️💝 - Brownie was hot but felt more of a cake type, very less moisture but it was served with meleted chocolate on it with brown and white chocolate chunks. 👍 Thank you JB's restaurant for this experience.
