SBI Branch Bhetapara

Wanted to transfer branch and get a new passbook, but they said it’s not possible. Thank god we went to hatigaon chariali branch, got everything processed and our new passbook too. Hatigaon chariali branch is so much better and more experienced as a branch.

First of all I want to thank current bhetapara SBI bank manager Arijit Dutta sir, for helping me and finally getting my amount processed. It so happened, after the untimely demise of my father, i applied for fd amount transfer for which Sbi literally harrassed me for nearly 1 year, one day they would say we would need this , then the next day they would say something else. And the sad part is nobody knew nothing. And they were appointed manager of a branch by sbi. Until Arijit sir came as a manager, did all of my paper work from the start, and as promised i received my amount within a span of 4 days. Literally 4 days . Once again thank you Arijit sir, can't thank you enough. 👍🏻
