Dear Zomato Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent order. The packaging was extremely poor, and the food had spilled all over the packet by the time it was delivered. It was inedible and completely unhygienic. To make things worse, the food quality was also terrible – not up to standard at all. I had no option but to throw the entire order in the dustbin. This experience has completely shaken my trust in Zomato. I have been a regular customer, but after this incident, I will not be ordering again unless there is proper accountability and improvement. I request a full refund for this order, and hope you will take immediate action to prevent such issues in the future.

Worst hotel in this price..Couldn't sleep whole night, used to play Teen Patti in Kiyu's second room. And he used to shout so much after getting drunk. The room is also so dirty.

Good for south Indian dishes like Dosa,Vada,... The cook maintaining its south indian food standard. They have added many new Chinese & north Indian items in their menu. When it comes to north Indian mini thali the quality of the food doesn't match with the price. Sharing photo & videos of some items.

I order North Indian special tali ,taste is good but some items r missing but see in menu. Owner is so polite n ask me how was taste😊 .wifi facility also,i realy impress .

One of the best Dosa in Guwahati!! Came here after a long time. Ambience improved but food is still mouth watering!! Must try hot gulab jamun!!!

Not Recommended – Unacceptable Experience at SR's Cafe De Woodland. On 25/05/2025, I visited due to its vegetarian tag, as I am a strict vegetarian. Having dined at many of the country’s finest dining establishments, I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior I encountered here. Upon entering, a waiter in a black t-shirt gave me a condescending look, seemingly judging my appearance after walking through the hot Lakhtokia market. When I requested the menu, he laughed, implying I couldn’t afford to dine there. This humiliating treatment was unlike anything I’ve experienced at other upscale restaurants across the country. I strongly advise against dining here or ordering via Zomato/Swiggy. The lack of respect and professionalism makes this place unworthy. Even this place is not hygienic as it should be. I hope karma prevails, and their business faces the consequences of such poor conduct.
