Hitachi Air Conditioner Authorised Service Centre

Most 3rd class ac and the after sales service in Guwahati is pathetic. I have not seen any other company service like this. never buy. Unfortunately I bought 2 acs in 2023. Till now it has to be repaired more than 3 times for various complains. Service professionals come after 15-20 Days. Never pick up the phone. Just after 2 years the ac sounds like an old table fan. Never buy.

They are not service centre. I have called them for purchasing a remote. No response, disconnects the call. God knows where tonfind Hitachi product.

Worst ac.. wil leak water anyhow after u buy within 1 year.. I hav 3 same Hitachi ac.. same problm...

Worst product and more than worst service , first of all after one year almost after 30 days from warranty period it's stop cooling, then we cantact the local services provider , then the whole drama begins , after taking amount 5000 rupees they disappears, they didn't recieve call ,if u call from another number then they receives and told that they will come by tomorrow. , Then this tomorrow thing continues . They took almost 40 days to finally repair the ac , but after next day of the repairing the ac again stopped cooling , and then they come to repair after 20 days . So don't buy hitchi ever

Service was delayed by 7 days after repeated requests to the local service provider which is located half kilometre away from my residence. The technician was good and ultimately he attended.

Called these idiots for almost 50 times for AMC of my Hitachi AC.... But for last 20 days they have been telling - sir kal aata hoon... And their kal never comes.... Fed-up with these person.... Biggest regret to purchase Hitachi

Worse service ever .. Calling them for installation one whole day and they are saying ' aa raha hoon' and have not reached yet .. I don't suggest Hitachi
