Meridian Laundry & Dry Cleaners

Very disappointing experience with Meridian Dry Cleaners. I gave them my Selected Homme suede/leather jacket in good condition, but after dry cleaning it was returned with severe discoloration, uneven patches, and a completely damaged texture. The jacket now looks worn out and ruined. This clearly shows a lack of expertise in handling premium and delicate garments. I trusted them with an expensive jacket, and the result was unacceptable. No proper accountability or quality control. I would strongly advise others to think twice before giving costly or delicate clothes here.

Mis-communicated over phone regarding dyeing of a jacket. They don't have dyeing service. Still called me to their store for wasting my time. Staff behaviour not good with customers.

Its been over 3 years & they have always delivered the best. Though they are located a bit far from my home, it is worth the time. I wish they come up with some home pickup & delivery soon. One of the best laundry service in guwahati.
