Prime wash

I have been a frequent customer of Prime wash laundry but after my recent experience i will never be returning. They tried ro charge me extra claiming there was a "pending balance", even though every single payment was made through Gpay in full. I showed them the complete payment history and proof of transactions, yet instead of acknowledging their mistake the staff especially the front desk girl, started arguing, yelling and behaving rudely. It was extremely unprofessional. She even began crying and creating a scene instead of calmly addressing the issue. This kind of behaviour with loyal customers is unacceptable. No respect, no professionalism and zero accountability. If this is how they treat regular customers, I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. There are many other laundries with better service and integrity. Highly dissatisfied.

The timing is not perfect i went on 8pm but they told me that their service is not available and told me to come the next morning

Have to give one star as there is no option below that. First of all folks if you are bored with your clothes then only handover the clothes to them. They will spoil them. For whites they will change the colour as per their convenience and will say that the same was not white. Furthermore they don’t even wash the clothes and when you ask for the stain marks then they will say that these could be removed only on dry cleaning. In normal wash and iron they will just iron your clothes and do the attractive packaging. That’s it. The attitude of the owner is so bad. They don’t even listen to the complaints and they also start talking like their labours. They have spoiled my clothes worth 20k which I could not wear. Better give to normal laundry guy rather than giving them.

Prime wash of Radha nagar, bormotoria, Guwahati, is 3rd grade please don't use their services, owner itself is a person who acts like customers are like slaves for him and he and his colleagues give a damn to you whenever you call them, always they give you excuses when in need and act rudely, if you complain then they say they don't have any employee to serve and the owner gives a damn about customers and the owner is least bothered for his customers as I got a personal experience

In one word its remarkable, the staff behaviour and quality of washing is very satisfactory. I take service from this loundry since approx last 6 months ,they never disappointed.
