Safewash Total Laundry

I handed over my jacket to Safe Wash Laundry on 22nd December with a promised next-day delivery. That promise was a lie. What followed was weeks of excuses, false delivery dates, and zero accountability. After repeated follow-ups, they finally admitted they LOST my jacket and promised a refund. Even that was a lie. No refund was given, despite multiple assurances. They kept dragging the issue, hoping the customer would just give up. Now, after all this, they suddenly claim they have “found” my jacket and want two more days to deliver it. This is nothing but cheap manipulation and deliberate stalling. Their entire operation seems built on misleading customers and wasting their time. This business shows utter disrespect for customers’ property, money, and trust. Losing clothes, lying about refunds, missing every promised deadline—this is not service, this is sheer incompetence and dishonesty. If you don’t want your clothes lost, your time wasted, and your patience tested, DO NOT give your garments to this laundry. One of the worst and most frustrating service experiences I have ever had.

Not a good place to wash your shoes here.. It was my first time experience here and it’ll be last too. Gave two pair of shoes and they gave the shoes very dirty.Not even simple dust was cleaned off from the shoes. The laces(white) were dirty too. When I complained about them being dirty,they responses were more disappointing and unprofessional by replying shoes washed at home is better…

I strongly suggest never give your shoes for cleaning to these ppl. I availed shoe cleaning services twice and got the same poor service both times. They pack the shoes in plastic bags before letting them dry completely. As a result when I collected them, I could smell the disgusting odour. The first time I gave my shoes, i could see fungus on top of my sneakers. After I complained they took the shoes back and re-washed. However the smell still was there. They misplaced an inside sole the second time I gave my shoes. I am not satisfied at all.

Terrible service. My jacket went missing, no refund given, and no way to contact the owner. Completely unprofessional. Avoid if you care about your clothes.

Very poor service. I gave a shirt for dry cleaning and they couldn't even remove the dirt stains. Just ironed the shirt and packed it back. Also no call or update to inform me if my order is complete. I had to go myself and enquire. Few years back their service was very good. But over time everything has gone down for them.. never going back again

The biggest mistake in life is to give clothes here and get your clothes delivered and ironed. It is just like today that a woman gave her saree for washing but when she got it back, her saree was torn.And it was stitched by his machine. When we give you the clothes in good condition, then it is your responsibility to wash them and you never get it on time. This is the worst service. The worst wash centre in Guwahati.

Very worst service. I gave a jacket for wash. They have returned the jacket with stains all over. The response of the girls are very poor. Very bad experience ever.

Worst service ever. Have used them few times owing to its proximity from where I live… now i choose to go farther away to use a better one than these guys.
