SHINE WASH | DRY CLEANERS & LAUNDRY | DYERS

I had an awful experience with them. I gave my coat for a simple wash, and they completely destroyed it. There were no rust stains before, but they managed to ruin it and return it with a disgusting smell. I had to take it to another dry cleaner just to fix their mess. When I complained, they were arrogant, dismissive, and kept making pointless remarks about my age instead of owning up to their mistake. These people have zero work ethics and absolutely no sense of professionalism. Rude, careless, and not worth a single rupee. I wish I could attach a photo to show how badly they messed it up but I don't see the option for adding photos. Never mind I am never trusting them and will definitely not recommend to anyone.

As there is no option of giving zero star, I am forced to give them one star. Their service is shitty, the owner/proprietor is rude & they lack service ethics. Arrogant and do not own up their own mistakes. I hope they do better in future else their days in the market are numbered. Furthermore, I am your customer, and the arrogance with which you are replying, just goes to prove my point about the kind of experience that I have had with your shop. Pathetic. Blocking me, so that I cannot even reply to your comment shows how pitiful you are.

Ruined my jacket completely. When I asked about it they denied taking accountability .Very unprofessional stuff as towards the end they started abusing. Horrible experience with them. Re: So you did ruin the ladies jackets! Finally taking accountability for it. Atleast be responsible for the things as this is your work. We had to highlight your bad work here to get a reply from you guys. Clearly can see your unprofessional behaviour which I talked earlier all over comment section again. Grow up so that your business might grow up even though I see a hopeless person desperately trying to fend of customers who are unhappy with their work!

The worst place to clean your clothes, very bad service and rude/mannerless staff. They will assault you for your review.. first they damaged our clothes and now they have the nerve to misbehave us over a phone call.

Worst service. Worst staff. They will ruin your clothe so don’t trust them with your clothes
