I use their shoe laundry service for my gym shoes and also leather bag polishing. They are professional and good at what they do. Happy with their services.

They are a scam. They completely destroyed the shoes which was given for repair. One of the shoe was delivered with lots of cut marks and incisions, they must have used inappropriate chemicals or destroyed in the process. Another heal broke off the very next day. Both the shoes belonged to Woodland Brand which is known for sturdiness and just two years old. When I complained about it, they blatantly shrugged it off saying that the shoes itself were broken earlier. Very unprofessional. Very unapologetic. They charged Rs. 250 for each show. The shoes are not wearable at all now. Regret it. Avoid this shop !!

Got 4 shoes and 1 flip flop cleaned🔥. They made it like new and also repaired one old puma pair . All for just 1100. Wonderful service much recommended🔥

Worst experience.I gave them leather shoes and inquire them what kind of material they use.At the end came to know they don't have proper shoetree to polish the shoes.Later sales guy told me they don't have shoe moisturizer and neither good quality shoe cream .For the price they capped I was expecting cream and product needs to be spahire.Utterly disappointed. I spoke to the lady and she introduced herself owner of the brand and when later when shared my concern her reply was more of arrogance rather than accepting the flaws of process.

I had my three years old Asics Sports shoes cleaned and took delivery yesterday. Really impressed with the makeover. It has been cleaned thoroughly and a minor tear in the fabric repaired. Revived for another year or two till the soles wear out 😊. Professional service and timely delivery. Value for money.👌

Great service, my branded old shoes have become completely new. Delivered within 10 days. Got 8 pairs of shoes washed and repaired. Courteous staff too. Leather shoes wash is 300, non leather is 250 rupees. Very affordable price. Got 8 pairs of branded shoes washed and repaired in just 2300 rupees which is otherwise worth 35-40k. Very bad experience. Gave three sneakers, one Rebook Leather Legend, one Adidas Superstar black n red and one converse leather. At delivery all pairs shined like new. But as I wore them both Adidas and Converse pasting ous out like before on the second day of wearing. Wasted 900 bucks

It's one of the best place and first time in Guwahati , I really get surprised by looking at my old shoes , it's transformed like anything , now I no need to purchase new pair ... Thanks shoe Vival..
