Tumbledry Dry Clean & Laundry Service

Really disappointed with their service. They lost my expensive duvet cover and didn’t take any responsibility and didn’t even clean the rest of the clothes properly. When I questioned them, they asked for extra money to clean it again and even said they won’t take the risk if the clothes get damaged. Extremely unprofessional and careless. Would not recommend this place at all.

The manager of the store is completely unprofessional. I received complaint from the staff itself. I gave 6 clothes in this store and I was promised delivery within 5 days. But it took them 11 days and I had to call again and again for updates. The manager says he will call me but never returned the call. I had to personally pick up the clothes myself. Please do not give you clothes in this store

These people are so unprofessional. I gave my blanket on 8th nov and was supposed to be delivered on 11th . Inspite of calling several times,these idiots are unresponsive.The rude and stupid storekeeper tells that he is not in store these days. Till now i did not receive my blanket. Even tried complaining through the helpline number and they said it will be delivered today but not delivered. Do not get scam by this dry cleaning service.they are the worst.no work ethics.

They are not professional.not response properly. Low quality service and they claim high prices. 3rd class. next time, I don't take any kind of services from this company.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst dry-cleaning service in Guwahati. They took 8 days to clean my blanket, and the staff is incredibly rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. To make matters worse, they gave me my blanket back without cleaning it and charged me 375 Rs. Please save yourself the hassle and never go there. Pathetic service and the worst experience ever.

I am beyond frustrated with Tumbledry. In July, they misplaced two of my trousers, and after I raised a complaint, their staff came to my home. I returned both the pair of white trousers that weren't mine, and I was assured that a company executive will be assigned and would follow up by August 2024. It's now well past that, and I've heard nothing. When I reached out again, customer service was infuriatingly unhelpful. They claimed to have tried contacting me but then changed their story, saying I hadn’t filed a complaint within 15 days, so they couldn’t assist me. Now, I’m left to deal with this mess at their outlet. This entire ordeal has caused me immense mental anguish and disappointment. I feel completely deceived and helpless. Tumbledry has shown a shocking lack of professionalism and accountability. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company!

Great service. They were kind enough to get my clothes home-delivered at late notice even when it was self-pick up. Highly recommend.
