Tumbledry Dry Clean & Laundry Service

I would like to bring to your notice the extremely disappointing service I received from your dry-cleaning unit. On 6th January 2026, I gave two blankets and one female coat for dry cleaning. At the time of submission, I was promised delivery within four days. Later, due to your insufficient manpower, you requested additional time, which I accepted in good faith. I also requested one blanket urgently, which was delivered on 10th January. However, the remaining blanket and coat were delivered after 17 days, which is an unreasonable delay. What is more disappointing is the quality of service: • The coat still smells of the perfume I used on 1st January, clearly indicating it was not properly dry cleaned. • One blanket was returned still dirty (image attached). This level of delay and poor quality service is completely unacceptable, especially after such a long waiting period. I trusted your service and expected professionalism, which I did not receive.

Very disappointing and unprofessional service. I gave my clothes and they didn’t even bother to give me a receipt even when I asked for it. They missed the delivery date and I had to call them for 4 days straight, extremely stressed about whether I'd get my clothes back at all. When they finally delivered, the clothes were in worse condition than before—dirtier, with faded colors and new stains that weren’t there earlier. Now I’ll have to wash everything again myself because they completely spoiled the clothes. I had read many negative reviews but still chose to trust them. That was my mistake. Beware and avoid this place if you care about your clothes.

Very poor service , firstly pick up and delivery services are very poor, And the clothes I gave them have stains on it ,some of my clothes were brand new which I just wore once and gave them to wash. Poor Washing Quality Stains remained visible, and clothes did not feel properly cleaned or fresh. Overpriced The high charges are completely unjustified given the subpar service and results. Misbehavior and Rude Staff Staff was rude and dismissive when asked about service delays and quality issues. Delayed Service (More than 10 Days) Clothes were returned more than 10 days past the promised delivery date, with no prior communication or apology. Fabric Damage Delicate clothes showed signs of fading and fraying, indicating rough handling. Unprofessional Customer Support Customer service was unresponsive and failed to address concerns or provide solutions. Overall Disappointment A frustrating and unacceptable experience — poor quality, excessive delays, and disrespectful staff. Not recommended at all.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LAUNDRY SERVICE EVER. If anyone is reading this, DO NOT — I repeat, DO NOT — give your clothes or blankets to this laundry. I gave them my blanket and I’m 100% sure they didn’t wash it at all. After waiting forever, my blanket came back still smelling horrible and looking filthy, like it was never cleaned. The way they treat customers’ clothes is beyond disgusting. This place is unhygienic, careless, and totally unprofessional. Honestly, a laundry like this should be shut down. And let’s talk about the delivery — over 10 DAYS just to “wash” one blanket. That’s not service, that’s a joke. Is this how you handle customers? Absolutely pathetic. Save your money, save your clothes, and save yourself the anger. NEVER AGAIN

Worst experience ever! i didn't check the reviews earlier now am concerned about my silk mekhela sador ,my delivery date was 11th December and they are delaying the delivery, They dont update you anything, you just have to keep Calling them and no solution. Very unprofessional. And worst service. Not recommending anyone.

I made a mistake that without seeing the reviews, I gave them my blanket First of all they are highly unprofessional, they never updates you when the product will get delivered, and secondly what is more disappointing is that, they just wrapped my blanket in a plastic and delivered, forget about the cleaning, the stink of the blanket has not even gone. Do one thing tumble dry, shut down your outlets and do some other stuffs. Definitely not recommending to anyone.

If you have a lot of time then definitely go for it. I got my clothes after 10days that too was simple wash and fold. Pathetic handling of washed clothes. You can see the pictures attached. They are walking on those washed clothes. I had to take them to a different laundry after seeing the condition of those washed clothes. I won't give any laundry to them again.
