Tumbledry Dry Clean & Laundry Service

I would prefer not to put up a star as well. Was expecting better from tumbledry. Don't know if the entire franchise is like this or the kumarpara store is exceptional. Whole set of nonsense employees. Have taken my order on 9th Oct,25 and the delivery date was 12th Oct. It's 22 Oct and I haven't received my order yet also they have not even bothered to response. Either you train your employees well or need to educate yourself on your work ethics. It's extremely non tolerable. Never using tumbledry ever again. Also, solve my problem ASAP. No actions have been taken after putting up a complain in their official number as well and this is how they treat their customers. Don't trust this outlet at all.

Had a terrible experience with Tumble Dry dry-cleaning service. Despite opting and paying extra for express delivery, the clothes were delivered late by three days. The staff was uncooperative and showed no sense of responsibility or urgency. Very disappointing service — definitely not worth the hassle or the price. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Worst tumble dry service ever. They don't deliver your clothes on time. Worst tumble employee ever.. Please don't take service from tumble dry kumarpara outlet.

Don’t use tumble dry worst service i have ever seen and no client support

Very disgusting service, unprofessional and one of the most careless dry clean shop. I will never recommend this dry clean shop to anyone in my life. After confirming a day prior for my services I waited more than a hour outside their shop and called them approx 20 times but no one even bothered to receive or call me back. Though their shop was open but there was no one in the shop.will never trust such irresponsible people in life again, they just wasted my time

Worst experience…gave my shoes for cleaning but when they brought me my shoes back it was as dirty as before the wash and they almost tore my shoes

Worst service! Was supposed to deliver a set of pant and shirt in 3 days but it's been 11 days and I haven't received my clothes yet.

Pathetic service , no sense , i have called them priorly i am coming to shop within 10 minutes , and shop was open nobody at the store , no one picked up call & don’t bother to call back . Worst service. Never recommend to anyone
