Tumbledry Dry Clean & Laundry Service

One of the worst service provider in Guwahati. Once your goods are picked up they are not delivering it on time until and unless you raise a complaint or enquire about the delivery. The phone of the store is switched off most of the time. Staff is very arrogant and blackmails to destroy the goods given for cleaning. If goods are not delivered as per the date provided then why are they picking up orders. According to them a delay of four days is nothing and very normal. According to the staff 18th January to 21st January is just 2 days. Either she doesn't know counting or she is cheating customers. Never use service of tumble dry inorder to avoid harassment.

Worst experience i had in guwahati tumbledry laundry , that lady staff ruthless attitude is high in the sky. I give my clothes on 18 sept 25 and they could not delivered till 07.10.25 , Ask for the delivery and she start shouting at me without listening and ended the phone.

I gave my Pure Paat Mekhla Chadar for dry clean, but when they came to deliver,it's torn in many places. Instead of giving me solution they r trying to prove that it's already torn nd now it's been almost a month, they r not even returning my Mekhla Chadar back. Horrible experience at Tumbledry store, Barshapara, Guwahati. Plz suggest me or help me to get my Mekhla back

The worst laundry service run by the owner who doesn't give a damn about customers laundry items that gets damaged. Please please do not make a mistake giving your clothes and especially your shoes to this or any other store of tumbledry. If it gets damaged you will never get paid and they will make you wait shamelessly for several months without any outcome. My shoes worth 7000 were damaged and the customer service, escalation team and the owner of the store doesn't give a damn about it. Now I will be going to consumer court and start posting in social media for what they have done to me. I can imagine how many customers would have gone through the trouble cuz of such a bad experience. And being Indian we don't do anything about it, that's the reason fraud companies like these succeed in India. I will invest 30 mins every day to post content on how bad tumbledry is in LinkedIn copying the co-founder and hope he will investigate the store in Guwahati and share my experience thru Twitter.

Very bad service worst experience clothe damage

Very bad service. Given Sarees for Dry Cleaning, Exceeded delivery date by 8 days, still not delivered. Everyday they tell us they will deliver tonight.

Not at all what you expect after paying so much for ironing! And all the good reviews you see are definitely sponsored, didn't expect such miserable service after paying so much just for ironing. Wouldn't have even bothered, was urgent therefore had to! But after the pathetic services would not recommend at all

The best & convenient laundry/ dry cleaning service in guwahati with multiple outlet locations. .. their home drop and pickup option has saved us a lot of time with excellent customer service. The rates are reasonable too.
