I wish to rate it even below 0 star, it says 24/7 but if you call… nobody answers and years back when I called somebody was selling Assamese jewellery on the number… I complained after which… after a week this 181 osc came to Assam… still see it’s useless…!!! If a lady is getting killed mid night just coz she thinks this facility is available for her… she would die anyways even after reaching the women’s helpline number !!! Women has to take her own stand and should go and break this offices coz it’s useless !!!!
