I purchased monthly replacement contact lenses three months back, with the assurance that I could exchange for daily replacement ones if required. After the sale, there is no response for my exchange request at all. Forced to write this after much deliberation.

I recently purchased a Ray-Ban frame with Zeiss lenses from this store, and unfortunately, I've encountered a series of issues that have left me dissatisfied. Firstly, upon delivery, the lenses provided were not Zeiss as ordered, necessitating a replacement and causing a considerable delay. While this was addressed, it was an inconvenience. Secondly, after only two months of use, the frame has become loose. This is surprising to me as I've used Ray-Ban frames for over eight years without encountering such issues. They are not even bothered to resolve the frame loose issue. I am very much dissatisfied with the store as the durability and quality I originally sought when choosing Ray-Ban and Zeiss products were not met.
