Even after 48 hrs of complain Blue star didn't respond to my complain to repair my newly bought AC. Worst service center in Guwahati. Don't go for Blue star unless they revive their service center at Guwahati

Worst Service. I bought a new AC and its not functioning properly. Complaints raised for multiple number of times. No technician visit and No resolution yet. I am resorting to Consumer Forum complaint.

Their service is very poor. i made calls to the landline phone number that was given in their google SEO page. But could not get any response. Even didnot pick up the phone.
