I have visited your merchant for Mahindra Scorpio parts and your staff told me to provide advance and I have paid Rs, 2000 as advance but now some financially problem i couldn't repair my car so I called your staff and I said that I couldn't repair my car at this moment so please return the advance money but he denied that he couldn't return my money as they bring the spare parts from Godwon they brings this parts from Godwon to merchant and will take fare charges. How it possible from Godwon to merchant car fare is taking from the customer as this is merchant responsibility to bring the spare parts from Godwon and to deliver the parts tu customer and the Customer could have a financially problem how they denied to give me back my own money as given for advance and also denied to provide me the spare parts on this advance amount this is very very bad behaviour and bad images of Mahindra Binod Auto Agencies All the customer are advised to think twice before visiting this merchant i.e. Mahindra Binod Auto Agencies Guwahati. Please ensure that the advance payment which I have paid to be return me back as soon as possible. I need the money at an earliest .

Nice service went to return items and they didn't let me wait like other shops do they returned my money immediately when they didn't have what I wanted, very satisfied with the customer service.

It has nice structure with well maintained accounts department...it deals with mahindras spear parts
