This is the best hospital I have to say because their hospitality services are very well maintained, staff behaviour also good.

Very disappointed to visit this hospital. My uncle was doing dialysis in ayushman scheme since 2024. Dialysis is free in ayushman card every hospital. But this is the first hospital who deny to use free for ayushman card from last few days. This was disgusting. If government free for use dialysis every card holder then why not this type of hospital follow the rule.. Please don't visit again. Truly disappointed

Medical care of Narayana Hospital is much better. The behavior and cooperation of every doctor and health worker is very commendable. Neurologist Dr. Pijush Das Sir’s treatment is excellent. After all It was a very good experience in this high quality hospital.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Narayana Hospital. Despite booking an appointment well in advance, I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time which is around 4hrs with no clear communication or update from the doctor’s team. As a patient time and timely care are crucial, not just for health but also for emotional well-being. Unfortunately, the doctor showed a lack of regard for our time, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. This kind of delay and lack of professional courtesy is not acceptable in a hospital of this stature. I hope the hospital takes such feedback seriously and improves their scheduling, communication, and overall respect for patients' time. People come here in need, and they deserve better treatment — not just medically but humanely.

I am a dialysis patient. The department provides excellent service. The staffs are professional, kind, and always attentive to patient needs. The coordination between nurses, doctors and technicians is outstanding and they make sure every patient feels respected and cared for. Thank you for everything.
