GHY 35 Multicuisine Simplified

I have been here for so many times and i absolutely loved it...but i just visited here today and the food disappointed me so badly...everytime i have been there their food tasted so good and prices are also reasonable. But today i ordered drums of heaven and it was not cooked however they did changed it and again re-served us but it got over cooked this time and was not that flavourful. Idk what happened to them but their taste was awesome before... i genuinely love this cafe but today was a failed one but it's fine I'll do visit in the near future and hope it tastes better

The service was good but that was the highlight, the atmosphere is nothing special and the food was mediocre as well. It's fine to eat here if you're staying here, not otherwise.

Good ambience. Great food. Kathi rolls were really good and affordable. Main dishes were tasty. Light on the pocket and would love to visit again.

We came here looking for a good new place to try out. The food was great, and the service was great, but the atmosphere was ruined by trashy and vulgar hip hop music. They also need to fix and clean their bathroom if they haven't done so yet. When I flushed the urinal it shot straight down and splashed the nasty pee water all over my shirt 🤢. It's best to avoid the bathroom altogether if you intend to visit here. Sarah says: maybe later, but not for now😌

We visited the restaurant and ordered Tibetan momo, Spaghetti Aglio e Olio, and Veg Hot & Sour Soup. Unfortunately, the taste of all three items was extremely disappointing. The spaghetti did not seem to be made with virgin olive oil as expected. Instead, it had a very strange taste — almost like it was cooked in a potato curry base, which completely ruined the dish. The chicken steamed momo filling tasted spoiled and had a fishy smell, making it very unpleasant to eat. The veg hot & sour soup was overly salty — it honestly tasted more like salt soup than anything else. Overall, the experience was a disaster for our taste buds. We had to leave most of the food unfinished, which was very upsetting as it resulted in a lot of food wastage. We shared this feedback with the person at the counter (who appeared to be the manager), but he seemed least interested in listening or addressing the concern. The management seriously needs to take action and improve the food quality and customer service.

Good place to chill and have some coffee. They serve excellent food too. Love the friendly atmosphere and people.

Pathetic and blunder experience. The interior is not attractive. Don't go with the photos. They only give preference to the customers residing in their hotel. They took 90mins to deliver my order. Staff behaviour is horrible, especially the one sitting on the counter. Food quality is worst. I would have given negative feedback if possible. Be very careful to visit with your dear ones.

This place is an absolute disaster. The staff couldn't get a simple order right if their lives depended on it. Firstly we were served wrong dish at the table after repeatedly repeating the names of the items which we wanted, still got wrong item. To top it off, they completely botched the packing. I got home to find a packing filled with someone else’s leftovers instead of the meal I paid for. It’s not a restaurant; it’s a lottery where you always lose.. Only visit this restaurant if you want to eat whatever they want to serve you because you are going to get only what they want at your table, not what you want to eat. And also be ready to take home the leftovers of the other person because even after repeated instructions, they will mixup the packing.. Not only ours, we have even seen them mixing up orders at the nearby table too where one of their waiter was apologizing for mixing up their order.. So pathetic. I don't know who these 5 star raters are.. The owner must change their staff then only there's a chance for this restaurant to grow.
