Staff were very helpful in what turned out to be a 1 hour process negotiating the labyrinthine government requirements for foreigners. Full points and much thanks for the staff's patience and understanding. Take along your passport, Indian visa, hotel details and phone number of a hotel staff who can receive a verification SMS for you and pass it on. Overall, top level customer service.
